Marcus has worked with Innovative Safety Solutions since 2020, supporting clients through compliance audits, risk assessments, management systems, document control and direct health and safety guidance.

His background in operations, warehousing, customer management and business ownership brings a practical understanding of how controls must work in real workplaces.

Relevant experience and achievements

  • Developed document-control systems, standard templates, training matrices, risk tools and wider H&S resources used through successful ISO audits.
  • Supported organisations responding to HSE and fire-authority improvement notices and implementing sustainable corrective controls.
  • Helped develop risk assessments, policies and procedures for an early NHS mass-vaccination site in England, accepted by the NHS health and safety team.

Chartered Health & Safety Consultant and Trainer

Helen Wall

Helen is a Chartered Member of IOSH with health and safety experience dating back to 1992. She has worked with Innovative Safety Solutions since 2004 and has delivered consultancy and training across logistics, chemicals, facilities, local government, construction, engineering and other sectors.

Her work combines strategic management systems with hands-on auditing, consultation, risk control and training at all organisational levels.

  • Developed and implemented UK-wide audit plans, procedures, guidance and training for staff and management.

  • Produced computer-based H&S guidance systems, company handbooks and structured training across fire safety, COSHH, risk assessment, manual handling and workplace safety.
